DALI Brings UI/UX class to Dartmouth

In Spring ’19 Dartmouth offered its first UI/UX class, COSC 25. The two-course sequence teaches the principles and practice of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. The course was co-designed by faculty and DALI staff and students. In the first term, students worked in teams and individually, visited design firms in Boston, and presented their final projects at Technigala. In the second term students become designers in DALI. The course will be taught again in Spring ’20 and is open to first-year and sophomore students.

The course and highlight video were funded by the Dartmouth Center for the Advancement of Learning (DCAL) as part of their Experiential Learning initiative. For more information, visit the website: www.uiux.live
